Jobscope: :

• Event Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of finance-related events, from initial concept development through to successful delivery.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, including those responsible for sound, lighting, staging, and catering, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to create engaging promotional strategies and campaigns to drive event attendance and visibility.
• On-site Event Management: Ensure seamless event-day operations by managing staff, coordinating schedules, and addressing any on-the-day challenges promptly.
