Your Role: WhatYou’llDo
As an EventSpecialist, you will:
Event Planning & Coordination
Planpreparation tasks and logistical services for events
Handle logistical services for small and medium-size event projects from A to Z
Manage event duties and deliverlogistic services duringin-personevents
Day-to-day supervision of project tasks – management ofseveralevent projects in parallel
Regularcontact with clients (mainly theEU Institutions)
