Events & VIP Activations Manager

Role Overview.

The Events & VIP Activations Manager is responsible for transforming our Retail and F&B spaces into event destinations. You will design attractive party packages, curate exclusive VIP experiences, and manage high-end pop-up booths. A core part of this role is lead generation—proactively finding and securing corporate and private event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development (Party Packages): Create and price tiered event packages for our F&B and Retail spaces (e.g., Cafe Takeovers, Retail VIP Shopping Nights, Children’s Birthday Bundles).
• Pop-up Booth Management: Design, source, and manage the logistics for premium pop-up booths in malls and retail locations to meet sales and profit target.
• VIP & Lifestyle Events: Conceptualize and execute by-invitation events for top-tier customers, influencers, and corporate partners to build brand loyalty.
