**Job Description**

The EVS General Manager provides onsite leadership and operational oversight for environmental services (EVS) across two key client facilities: the Sitka Pioneer Home (senior living) and the Sitka School District (K-12). Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing daily janitorial and housekeeping services to ensure clean, safe, and compliant environments that meet contractual, regulatory, and client expectations.

This position serves as the primary onsite leader for EVS staff, driving workforce performance, operational efficiency, and service quality across both locations. The EVS Operations Manager oversees staffing, scheduling, and service delivery while proactively addressing operational needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
