Job Summary

The EWM L1.5 Application Services Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system. This role ensures accurate system configuration, monitors transactional data, and provides timely resolution of user inquiries and system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the EWM Organizational Structure and User Attributes to ensure proper system alignment.
• Extract and analyze reports for monitoring EWM transactions and operational performance.
• Support Level 1 EWM tickets, including user inquiries, navigation assistance, and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to escalate and resolve application-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with documented processes and best practices in EWM system management.
