In this role, you will join the Accommodated Exams team, dedicated to providing essential support during tests and assessments. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring exam settings and ensuring each student's specific accommodation needs are met. This position requires calmness and clarity in managing sensitive situations with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise accommodated assessments including check-ins
• Provide contact support for error resolution
• Deliver clear instructions for assessment conduct
• Manage student stop-clock breaks and time issues
• Report incidents and maintain confidentiality
