• $35–$43/hr for senior / experienced / final trim operators
• Ongoing work across multiple civil infrastructure projects
• Variety of work including bulk earthworks, trenching, drainage, and detailed finishing
• Opportunity to work with reputable, established civil contractors
• Strong team environments with experienced site crews

Key responsibilities

• Operating machinery across bulk earthworks and subdivision sites
• Trenching and drainage installation work
• Final trim and detailed finishing (for senior operators)
• Working accurately to levels, grades, and plans
• Supporting ground crews and working effectively within a team
• Maintaining safe and efficient site practices at all times

What we’re looking for

• WTR endorsement is essential
