Job Description

Mission

: Lead the Operational Excellence agenda for Service Workshops by strengthening preventive and corrective maintenance execution, enhancing technical diagnostics capabilities, and promoting best practices in maintenance and equipment operation.


This role is responsible for analyzing, defining, and implementing strategies that increase workshop efficiency through process optimization, automation, KPI governance, and strong management control, always ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with market demands.


  • Define mid-to-long-term strategy (1–3 years) and Annual Plan, including budget, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.




  • Align strategy with operational areas (contracts, technical service), commercial teams, and factory stakeholders.
