Job Description

                    Job Responsibilities  Support and plan detailed requirements for ongoing Microsoft 365 implementation using Exchange Online. 
Support & monitor to maintain the company’s network email system; perform quality and spot checks of system performance. 
Manage license usage, forecast license budget and mission critical support contracts. 
Understand and assure conformance to ITL SLA and MSP management. 
May participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk. 
Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors and functional peer group managers. 
Identify and manage continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements.
