What you'll do:
Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Exchange (on-premise, hybrid, and online).
Provide Level 3 support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues using PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution.
