Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Providing training and coaching to team members.
• Role modelling outstanding guest service.
• Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.
• Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
