Exec / Engineer, Building Plan Division (CSD)

What You Will Be Working On
You will be part of the dynamic team under PUB's Building Plan Division that reviews plan submissions for proposed developments so as to safeguard water resources, public health and against flood risks. Your main roles and responsibilities include:
Review and process submissions made by Qualified Persons (QPs) / Licensed Plumbers (LPs) for sanitary, sewerage, drainage and water service installation works in accordance with PUB's Code of Practice and relevant Singapore Standards;
Collaborate with PUB departments and other agencies for review of submissions;
Provide public consultations to QPs / LPs / inter-agency groups to clarify on PUB's requirements for submissions;
Conduct briefings to the industry to educate them on building plan submission requirements, policies and regulatory requirements;
Review work processes to achieve better regulatory outcomes and compliance checking; and
