Exec I, Logistics

Main Role:

1. To ensure daily order fulfillment & distribution of goods are properly carried out and in timely manner
2. To ensure all movement of machine is properly arranged and monitored in timely manner
3. To ensure stocks checking and receiving are performed accurately and stocks are stored in proper locations/bins for easy retrieval

Duty and Responsibility:

1. To follow up on equipment order stock availability and plan delivery schedule accordingly with coordination among Sales, Logistics (HQ) and appointed transporter.
2. To ensure machine installation timely call creation and Delivery Order & Installation SAN Chit submission timely to Logistics (HQ) for Gross-In.
3. To ensure daily consumables, paper and spare parts orders are processed and deliver timely to the customer and CE.
4. To ensure all documents are file in proper order.
