We are growing our Professional Services Search team and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us at an exciting stage of our journey.

This role is ideal for an experienced agency recruiter who wants to move into a more search‑focused environment, working on senior‑level roles with salaries typically exceeding £100k.

Our work sits firmly at the quality end of the market, where success comes from insight, credibility and relationships – not volume.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants who are deeply embedded in their markets, gaining first‑hand exposure to high‑value assignments and long‑term client relationships from day one.
