Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and accurate market-side order placement and market-side finishing activities, including active order monitoring, chasing late confirmations, prompt detection of irregularities and efficient exception handling.
• Effectively manage client-side sales trading activities, including advisory on order entry and special handling.
• Handle pre/at-trade execution‑related client queries originating from Wealth Management clients and 3rd‑party financial institutions.
• Handle inbound information in the Central Information Management system received from the Transfer Agent.
