Execution Trader (Crypto / Digital Assets)

Responsibilities

Execute trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets in accordance with trading strategies and risk limits

Manage order placement, execution quality, and slippage across multiple exchanges

Coordinate closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and risk teams

Monitor positions, exposures, and PnL throughout the trading day

Ensure adherence to internal risk controls and compliance procedures

Identify execution inefficiencies and contribute to continuous process improvements

Support post-trade analysis and execution reporting

Requirements

Required:

Experience trading spot and/or derivatives products

Ability to operate in fast-paced, real-time trading environments

Strong risk awareness and disciplined execution mindset

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
