Overview
Our client is a Singapore-based hedge fund manager with a primary focus on the Japanese equities. As they continue to grow and expand their strategies, they are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Execution Trader to join their Trading team.
Role Overview
The Execution Trader will work closely with the Senior Execution Trader and CIO to ensure the flawless execution of trades. This is a high-impact role requiring a candidate who is dependable, calm under pressure, and capable of operating as a reliable right hand to the senior trading desk.
Key Responsibilities
Order Execution: Execute long/short equity and futures orders across the Japan and Asia markets, focusing on Best Execution to minimise slippage and market impact.
Trade Lifecycle Management: Ensure the accuracy of trade entries and coordinate with Operations for seamless post-trade processing and T+0 matching.
