About the role

As the Executive Finance at Modernria Plastic Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, this role is responsible for handling the company's daily payment operations, including processing supplier payments, preparing bank documents, performing bank reconciliation, and maintaining proper documentation. You will also liaise with suppliers and manage petty cash to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

What you'll be doing

• Arrange and process payments to suppliers (including monthly instalments, utilities, rental, etc.)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Issue Payment Vouchers (PV) and Official Receipts (OR)
• Prepare bank documents such as Bankers Acceptance (BA) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
• Handle petty cash management
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
