We are seeking an Accounts Executive to support daily finance operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and e-commerce platform Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions and maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Accounts Payable:

• Handle end-to-end invoice processing, including verification of supplier invoices against approved purchase orders, delivery orders before posting, ensure all invoices are properly verified, approved, and supported by relevant documentation.
• Prepare payment proposals based on due dates and available funds, ensuring all payments are processed on time.

E-Commerce / Marketplace Accounts Receivable:

• Reconcile sales transactions against e-commerce and marketplace payout reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and zero outstanding balances.
