Job Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing and collections.
• Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and assist in cash flow monitoring.
• Record receipts and ensure proper allocation in the accounting system.
• Support month-end closing and AR-related reporting.
• Liaise with sales, finance teams, and customers on billing matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates with no working experience.
