Job Title: Executive Accounts

Qualification: B.Com (ADP) or B.Com (Hons.).
Experience: 2 to 3 years in accounts payable and financial operations.
Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics)
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions and payment vouchers accurately and timely
• Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery records
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to payables
• Prepare and process electronic payments and bank reconciliations
