Executive – accounts receivables

Role Overview
The Executive – Finance (AR) will be responsible for managing and tracking the company’s incoming payments while ensuring accurate and timely collection of receivables. The role includes reconciling customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, and preparing daily/weekly AR reports. The candidate will support cash-flow management, maintain customer ledger accuracy, and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in accounting systems and Excel are essential to succeed in this role.
