Job Description
Administrative Duties
- Handle client and customer inquiries related to services, training registration, HRDC grant applications, approvals, and post-training documentation.
- Maintain and monitor company licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals (e.g., Petronas License, MPAJ License, HRDC License).
- Organize and manage company assets, records, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
Accounting & Finance
- Manage petty cash, financial records, and transactions using accounting software.
- Prepare monthly business and operational costing reports.
- Liaise with Company Secretary (COSEC) and auditors for statutory compliance and audited financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory requirements.
