We are seeking an incumbent who will be responsible to handle day-to-day shipments & operational activities of Air Freight Exports in the most efficient, smooth and productive manner meeting all KPIs, service deliverables & customer expectations.

• Owning and displaying DGF’s values.
• Handling customer & network air export enquiries.
• Executing shipments in a timely manner while ensuring data accuracy in the system.
• Negotiating prices with carriers and supporting the business growth of the station.
• Coordinating effectively with cross functional teams (Sales, Sales Support, Brokerage, Transport etc.) and ensuring task completion in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a healthy and potential business relation with carriers, customers, and all vendors.
