Executive - Air Freight

Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is moving towards Good to Great Journey.

1. Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and issuance of all Air Freight Import invoices across Pakistan.
2. Efficiently handle invoicing, job updates, and data management within the Climax system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Create and maintain files for each import job, ensuring all documentation is complete, updated, and properly organized.
4. Maintain close communication and coordination with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams across all stations to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
5. Maintain proper records of all invoices, job files, and related documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Skills & Experience

1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
