Responsible for all phase of operations of the department to ensure efficient services at minimum cost.
Responsible for the well conduct of the day-to-day operations i.e build-up transfers and document processing.
Responsible for cost control in all areas of department activities.
Evaluate performance of subordinates.
To develop staff knowledge in their day to day operations.
A review of methods to find out better ways and bring about work simplifications .
Attention to quality standards of output.
Other special duties as may be assigned by superior.
