This role supports asset management analysis, reporting and budgeting, and develops dashboards to ensure data accuracy and deliver insights that inform the division’s activities.

This role supports asset management analysis, reporting and budgeting, and develops dashboards to ensure data accuracy and deliver insights that inform the division’s activities.
Responsibilities
- Support asset management monitoring, analysis, and reporting across the Singapore portfolio and Singapore joint ventures
- Assist individual business sectors with monthly financial and operational performance reporting
- Contribute to group level internal and external reporting for the Asset Management Division
- Prepare monthly management reports and support quarterly group reporting for Singapore and its joint ventures
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Division including both headquarters and individual business units.
- Assist with detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to assess portfolio and asset level performance
