Executive Assistant , Amazon Ads Strategy and Partnerships

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, customer obsessed EA to support the leader of Amazon Ads Business Development (Ads BD). You will act as partner to a small and senior team developing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive innovation, revenue growth, and long-term collaboration within the advertising industry.

You will function as a key contributor within an often fast paced and deal-driven team, interacting frequently with internal and external EAs and senior executives. A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to turn on a dime, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results without knowing the whole picture.
