Executive Assistant – Liggins Institute
The University of Auckland is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Institute Director, Operations Manager, and Deputy Director at Liggins Institute. This role provides confidential executive, administrative, and project support, manages the Director’s email inbox and diary, coordinates local events, takes minutes, formats presentations and documents, reconciles e‑card and p‑card, and arranges complex travel itineraries. Advanced MS Office proficiency and experience with Zoom and Teams are required. You will own your work, develop efficient systems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Full‑time permanent
Salary: $73,400 – $90,700 per annum, based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s email inbox and diary, handling priority and scheduling.
- Coordinate and support local events, including logistics and communications.
