Job Description
We’re looking for a highly experienced CEO Office Coordinator across day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and strategic execution. This is a high-trust role that requires exceptional confidentiality, sharp communication, and the ability to keep many moving pieces organised without dropping standards. You’ll manage the CEO’s time, communications, follow-ups, and operational priorities, while also supporting proposal creation, lead engagement, reporting, and internal team coordination.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Executive Support & Administration
- Manage the CEO’s inbox daily: triage, respond where appropriate, flag priorities, and keep communication organised.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, agenda preparation, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for meetings.
