Location: Remote from Latin America
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Availability: Required during U.S. business hours (EST; flexibility during live deals)
Engagement: Contractor
Reports to: Founder / principal
Base Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (based on experience)
Incentive: 5% commission on deals closed
Performance-based upside tied directly to transaction success
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) to serve as a strategic right hand to executive leadership within a fast‐paced U.S. self‐storage real‐estate investment platform.
This is a high‐impact role that blends executive assistance with acquisitions, operations, and transaction coordination.
