Annual - SOC2 Type 2: SOC2T2 documentation process and uploads. HQ SOC2 training coordination.
Annual - Policy: Policy review coordination.
Monthly - Sec Awareness Training: Watch the completion rate
Weekly - Metrics: MSP and Lava IT metrics management.
Daily - MSP: Answer the phone.
Daily - IT: OT and scheduling for coverage.
Daily - IT: Meeting coordination and logistics (number of mtgs will be significant with MSPs).
