Executive Assistant Ii, Amazon Transportation Services and Supply Chain Mexico

**DESCRIPTION**:
The Amazon Transportation Services and Supply Chain Assistant II (EA ATS/ SC) supports two Directors under Mexico Operations. The directors that this role support, consist of 14 Senior leaders. Additionally, this role is responsible for the coordination and development of General Manager Assistants that support the Directors and Senior Managers of Operations.
The ATS/SC EA II serves as a strategic partner and integrator for senior leadership. This position is responsible for aligning complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, driving standardized processes, and translating high-level strategy into executable plans. The ATS/SC EA II acts as a key communicator, liaison, and change agent to ensure organizational objectives are achieved. In addition to coordinating Operations teams, this leader needs to work with several local and global teams.
