Position:
IPO Preparation Executive Assistant
This role provides direct support to the CEO during the Pre-IPO / IPO preparation phase. The assistant will coordinate IPO-related tasks, manage documentation and data rooms, follow up with internal and external stakeholders (audit, legal, banking), and provide high-level executive and project support. This is not an entry-level role and requires prior experience in finance-, audit or legal-heavy environments.
