A leading Private Equity firm in the Sydney CBD is looking for a highly organised, detail driven part time Executive Assistant to support their Legal and Compliance function. This is an opportunity to work with a high performing team in a polished, professional environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision and being the operational backbone of a busy function. This role offers flexible part time options, ideally 4 whole days in the office, or open to 5 shorter school hours.
What you will be doing
You will support the Legal and Compliance team across a blend of EA, legal administration, company secretarial and compliance tasks, including:
Executive Assistant support
- Light diary management and booking meeting rooms
- Coordinating domestic travel
- Processing expenses (Concur, Xero)
- Document formatting, printing and binding
- Adding file notes and updates into Dynamo
