Executive Assistant

We're a small, fast-moving team working on multiple projects at once. We need a highly reliable assistant who can keep execution clean, organized, and on time — across applications, postings/publishing, asset loading, and light design support.
What you'll actually do (scope of the role)
This is an assistant seat. You will keep the machine running clean:
Applications + admin
Track applicants, update statuses, and keep the pipeline accurate.
Schedule calls, send reminders, follow up fast, and reduce drop-off.
Maintain clean records (docs/sheets) and surface missing info early.
Posting + publishing support
Format posts and upload assets — then QA before anything goes live.
QA links, tags, filenames, and formatting so nothing breaks or looks sloppy.
Confirm publishing is done and report status clearly (what's live / what's next / ETA).
