Reports to: General Manager
Role Summary
Provides high-level administrative and personal support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth management of business priorities, schedules, communications, and personal affairs. Coordinates office, household, and lifestyle requirements to maximize the executive’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage GM’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation
Screen communications and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
Personal & Household Management
Manage personal appointments, errands, and reservations
