Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being the go-to person for coordination and support. As a trusted partner to our regional business line management and local managers, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help push priorities forward.

You will play a key role in managing schedules, organizing executive events, visits and leadership meetings, handling confidential information and communications, and streamlining processes that keep our organization running efficiently.
