The Role
This is a flexible full-time or part-time, hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Peponi's located in Nairobi. You'll work directly with the directors – managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and keeping things moving – while also taking ownership of our people operations and general admin as we grow.
We want someone sharp, ambitious, and trustworthy. Someone who represents integrity through and through, anticipates what's needed, handles sensitive matters with discretion, and communicates with clarity. HR experience and experience working with international organizations is a strong plus.
