Job Description
We are seeking a highly resourceful, team-player, execution-focused Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving creative production team.
This is an executive assistant position with a significant focus on running travel logistics and a hybrid role designed to free up time from the Yes Theory team to be able to focus more on creative execution of the videos.
The right person thrives in chaos, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and can confidently handle everything from international visa coordination to finding a laundromat in Pakistan during filming. You will find the best deals on hotels, book flights and find the most effective travel paths to go from point A to B.
You will be an essential part of facilitating how Yes Theory videos get made and work with the core team to make it all happen.
