Provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities
Act as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
