About the Role
Novera Agency Inc. is hiring an Executive Assistant / Operations Lead on behalf of one of our fast-growing clients. This role is designed to support the CEO directly by buying back their time, improving execution quality, and helping scale the business.
This is not a traditional, task-only assistant role. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted operator—someone who can take ownership of responsibilities end-to-end, improve systems, and grow alongside the company. This is a high-autonomy, high-expectation position with a clear long-term growth path.
