Executive Assistant — Operations
Supporting a Canadian Construction Company (Atlantic Time)
Here's the Reality
This is not a traditional executive assistant role. This is an Operations-focused position designed to increase leadership capacity and help scale the company's administrative and operational infrastructure.
Leadership is currently carrying recurring operational tasks, coordination follow-ups, reporting workflows, and system development responsibilities. This role exists to absorb those functions — and turn repeatable work into structured, documented systems that support growth.
You will act as an extension of leadership. That means ownership. Judgment. Initiative. The company is growing and systems are actively being refined. You must be comfortable stepping into an environment where processes are being built in real time — not handed to you fully complete.
