Reporting to: Andy Whyte, CEO and Co-Founder of MEDDICC

This is not a traditional EA role.

This role exists to multiply the impact of a high-velocity CEO & Founder. Your mission is simple but demanding: free up Andy's time so he can focus on being a CEO and Creative Director, while you become his second brain, execution partner, and gatekeeper.

If you love building systems, moving fast, and operating behind the scenes to make big things happen, this role is for you.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Andy spends 90% of his time on strategy, content, and leadership - not inbox, scheduling, or follow-ups
• Own and architect his Notion workspace - 90% of items surfaced on a single dashboard require direct executive attention or decision.
• At least 95% of communications are done asynchronously through Slack and Notion, where ac...
