Ensure the CEO’s office operates efficiently through effective schedule management, meeting coordination, communication handling, and administrative support.
Provide high level executive support by managing sensitive information, maintaining strong stakeholder relations, and supporting cross departmental initiatives driven by the CEO.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO of PHB Asset Management Berhad (PAM), including planning and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, presentation materials, briefing papers, and recording minutes of meetings with proper follow-up on action items.
Manage and coordinate efficient meeting schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (domestic and international), including processing of Travel Requisition Forms (TRF).
Liaise with regulators (e.g. Securities Commission, FIMM) on administrative, coordination and submission matters as directed by Management.
