Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO of PHB Asset Management Berhad (PAM), including planning and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, presentation materials, briefing papers, and recording minutes of meetings with proper follow‑up on action items.
- Manage and coordinate efficient meeting schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (domestic and international), including processing of Travel Requisition Forms (TRF).
- Liaise with regulators (e.g. Securities Commission, FIMM) on administrative, coordination and submission matters as directed by Management.
- Act as a key communication gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, correspondence, submissions and reports, and prioritizing matters requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Manage financial and administrative matters, including timely submission of travel, medical and miscellaneous claims for the CEO and relevant department members.
