Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at FBG Philippines, you will provide administrative support to a VP in our US Operations. This position will provide critical support around scheduling and expenses. This role requires a resourceful and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendar management.
- Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports.
- Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to senior staff members as needed.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.
