Job Description
Graduate of any 4-years college course
Preferably with at least 6 months experience in the same field.
· Coordinate various department's concerns.
· Follow up department's pending concern.
· Arrange all VP for Corporate Affairs scheduling and meetings.
· Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
· Enroute visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/deliveries.
· Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and security of the offices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
