Primary Responsibilities:
• Executive Assistant to support the head of division and additional team support as required
• Manage complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas) and prepare detailed travel itineraries
• Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, field e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
• Telephone coverage, take accurate messages, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment; back-up other lines, as needed, for the team and colleagues
• Prepare and submit all expense reports on Concur
• Able to work well remotely with team members when they are traveling
• Coordinate significant travel both domestic and international
