This isn't a typical EA gig. You'll be the operational backbone for a CEO scaling a landscaping/service business past $4M in revenue. You'll turn chaos into clarity, build systems that scale, and help the CEO multiply their impact.

What You'll Own
Executive Leverage

• Protect CEO time ruthlessly. Manage calendar and email with bias toward revenue-generating activities and strategic work.
• Be the gatekeeper for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prep meeting briefs, capture action items, drive completion.

Systems & Process

• Build repeatable processes across lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, operations, HR, finance, and marketing.
• Optimize Service Autopilot CRM, project management tools, SOPs, vendor systems, and QuickBooks.
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them—don't wait to be told.
